I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PROGRAM WITH A 6 MONTH COMMITMENT REGARDLESS OF THE PAYMENT PLAN I CHOSE. (IF you enrolled during the INTRODUCTORY Deal- you will get 1 year of access for just one payment.)

I understand that I will be an active participant and will take ownership for my learning and transformation by taking notes, showing up to calls, actively participating in the exercises, and asking questions and request coaching as the need arises. 

I understand that MULTIPLE CALLS will be available for me to join during the week, and I may CHOOSE which calls I want to attend any given week. I can attend EVERY SINGLE session, or just one, that is up to me, and what may serve me best during that week. 

I will meet my financial commitment regardless of whether or not I show up for the calls or consume the materials and programs. I will honor the creation of all of these resources by not freely disseminating or sharing with other individuals that are not a part of the program. The investment of the program is THE SAME whether I choose to attend one or all sessions each week. 

I commit to showing up in kindness, honesty, integrity and respect to all calls, and trainings and to treat all of my fellow students in the same manner. I will be uplifting and encouraging to those around me. 

I will restrain from engaging in any challenging or disrespectful behavior and to contribute to creating a community of support, kindness and love. I acknowledge that Synapse Integrative Wellness reserves the right to dismiss me from the program should I show any disrespect to my fellow students, or coaches without any financial remuneration. 

This program DOES NOT replace individual therapy or coaching if that is needed.
